“I am happy to continue my relationship with TOYOTA Racing in 2013. The team did a good job on the TS030 project, scoring great results with three wins in the WEC and an incredible qualifying in Le Mans. It was a good experience for me to be part of that and I’m glad that I can continue to be associated with the team. Being alongside the crew as it races in the Le Mans 24 Hours and World Endurance Championship will be great for my development. My first year as a rookie in SUPER GT with LEXUS taught me how manage endurance races, as demonstrated by my podium in the Suzuka 1000km last year, a good training ground for WEC racing”.
