Caldarelli sets sights on Euro Series after Zandvoort's struggles

18-06-2009

Last weekend, Andrea Caldarelli entered the 2009 Formula 3 Master held at
Zandvoort. The non-points race, featuring the best drivers in the Euro Series as
well as the main guns coming from the National series of Spain, Germany, Italy,
UK, was back to the Netherlands after a two-year stint at Zolder. Driving for SG
Formula in the Toyota Driver Program's frame, Caldarelli faced a tough weekend.
as he struggled with set-up problems that prevented him from entering
the top-20 in qualifying. He didn't surrender though, as he moved up 5 spots
on the races and ended up in 23rd after taking off from 28th. This weekend,
Caldarelli will be at Magny-Cours for testing, hoping to finally solve the issues
that conditioned the entire team since this season's early stages.
